Death Benefit is provided for each member officer and their family members as part of the benefits provided by the MPPA. A member must have a completed MPPA Enrollment/Death Benefit Form on file with the MPPA office. All members are encouraged to update their MPPA Enrollment/Death Benefit Form any time a change in your life occurs, such as; marriage, divorce, name change, new child, etc.
