MPPA’s life insurance is provided for each member officer and their family members as part of the MPPA’s member benefits package. A member must have a completed MPPA Life Insurance Form on file with the MPPA office. MPPA encourages all members to update their Life Insurance Form annually to reflect any change life changes or changes in beneficiaries. Beneficiaries may change as a result of marriage, divorce, name change, new child, etc.
